Xtremepush has appointed Ciaran Lacey as Chief Technology Officer to support its ongoing expansion into new markets and sectors, including iGaming and financial services.
Lacey joined the executive team in October 2025 from a senior technology leadership role within financial services. His appointment is intended to guide the company’s next phase of technical and operational growth. He succeeds co-founder Kevin Collins, who has transitioned from CTO to Chief Operating Officer.
With a background in delivering scalable technology solutions for multinational organisations, Lacey is expected to strengthen Xtremepush’s technology infrastructure as it continues to expand its global CRM, gamification and loyalty marketing operations. The company currently provides services to over 200 clients worldwide.
A key part of his remit will include overseeing the rollout of Xtremepush’s Agentic AI solution, which is currently being tested with select customers, and integrating future acquisitions and technical products into its unified CRM platform.
Lacey’s previous roles include senior positions at Dell and Microsoft, as well as leadership positions in financial services, including Head of Business Analytics and Technology at Hudson Advisors and Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Carne Global Financial Services.
Xtremepush stated that the appointment aligns with its broader goal to strengthen its position as a trusted CRM provider across regulated industries, with iGaming remaining a core focus within its overall growth strategy.
