Bede Gaming has appointed David Bartley as Chief People Officer, elevating him to the executive team as the company continues to prioritise its people strategy across its international operations.
Bartley joined Bede in 2023 as Head of People and has since led initiatives across performance management, global engagement, professional development, and employee wellbeing for a workforce of 300 staff across three global locations. His promotion reflects a broader strategic focus on organisational development as Bede Gaming evolves its position as a key platform provider in the igaming sector.
With 14 years of experience in HR roles across gambling and technology—including previous positions at Playtech—Bartley brings a strong track record in change management, international expansion, and staffing strategy. Under his leadership, Bede was recently recognised with the Skills Developer Award at the 2024 Dynamites Awards, acknowledging its continued investment in learning, development, and technical innovation.
As Chief People Officer, Bartley will continue to drive efforts to strengthen team connectivity, improve internal systems, and enhance overall employee engagement. His appointment to the C-suite underlines Bede Gaming’s commitment to embedding its people-focused culture at the highest levels of decision-making.
