iGaming content and data provider BETER has named Adam Conway as General Manager of its Esports Business Division, reinforcing its strategic focus on fast-betting content and expanding its presence in the global esports betting market.
Conway brings more than two decades of experience in the betting industry, most recently serving in senior leadership roles at SIS, including Global Head of Esports and Competitive Gaming. Prior to his tenure at SIS, he held key positions at established operators such as Ladbrokes, where he served as Head of Trading.
At BETER, Conway will oversee the continued development of the company’s esports vertical, including the expansion of its proprietary ESportsBattle tournaments, which currently include disciplines such as eFootball, eBasketball, and eHockey. He will also lead the introduction of new formats, including eCricket and eTennis, scheduled for release in the near term.
His responsibilities will extend to managing a team of more than 200 professionals and 500 athletes delivering over 500,000 esports events annually across multiple markets. In addition to operational leadership, Conway will focus on strengthening BETER’s client relationships, driving commercial growth, and collaborating with regulatory bodies such as the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) and the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA).
The appointment is part of BETER’s broader strategy to consolidate its role as a key provider of esports content within the igaming ecosystem.
Gal Ehrlich, CEO at BETER, said: “Adam’s background in esports is unmatched, and we are thrilled to have him on board as we continue to enhance our esports offering, especially our flagship ESportsBattle tournaments.
“We’re already the go-to provider for fast-betting content, data, and live streaming in esports and sports. With Adam as our Esports General Manager, we’re confident we’ll strengthen that leadership and further distance ourselves from the competition.
“We’re excited to welcome Adam and look forward to the significant value his expertise will bring to our partners worldwide.”
Adam Conway, Esports General Manager at BETER, added: “It’s an honour to join BETER and contribute my extensive experience in trading and product development to such a pioneering company.
“BETER is the undisputed market leader, and I’m excited to help ensure it remains at the forefront—delivering exceptional products to operator partners and bettors alike.”
