BetGoodwin Integrates beBettor Wealth Scores for CRM

BetGoodwin has entered a partnership with data analytics provider beBettor to implement Wealth Scores into its igaming operations, with the goal of refining customer segmentation and personalisation across its sportsbook and casino offerings.

The integration will allow BetGoodwin to utilise beBettor’s player wealth ranking system, which assigns users a score from 1 to 10 based on their estimated UK wealth bracket. This data is designed to help operators identify potential customer value early in the player lifecycle and tailor CRM strategies accordingly.

By incorporating Wealth Scores, BetGoodwin aims to strengthen its approach to marketing and customer engagement, improving the precision of both its on-site personalisation and broader customer retention efforts.

The agreement represents a further step in beBettor’s expansion within the igaming sector, as more operators explore alternative data sources to enhance acquisition, segmentation, and responsible marketing initiatives.
