BetMakers Integrates OtherLevels Tech to Enhance iGaming Racing Engagement

BetMakers Technology Group has partnered with OtherLevels to deliver personalised racing bet prompts and content to wagering operators in Australia and international markets.

The agreement will see OtherLevels’ live and contextual messaging integrated with BetMakers’ odds, markets and racing content to provide tailored betting recommendations to customers. The system uses behavioural modelling to suggest bets based on past activity, while embedding prompts within text, audio and video formats.

OtherLevels’ technology has already been integrated into BetMakers’ sportsbook platform, and this expanded collaboration will extend its reach across BetMakers’ operator network. Customers will be able to access live race information, form data and personalised recommendations as part of the enhanced service.

BetMakers offers a range of products to operators including API Data, RaceOdds, Racebook+, Apollo and GTX. The integration of OtherLevels’ tools is designed to increase customer activation and betting frequency within racing-focused igaming environments.
