Bombay Group Strengthens Leadership with Key C-Suite Hires

Hire appoint to Board

Bombay Group has announced two senior appointments to its executive team, naming Rhiannon Bach as Chief Marketing Officer and Lauren Findlay as Chief Digital Officer. The moves come as the company positions itself for expansion within regulated online iGaming markets.

The Group’s portfolio includes Bombay Club Tallinn, Bombay Yacht and Jet, several high-end hospitality venues, the five-star Burman Hotel, and the newly launched Estonian-licensed online casino, Yolo.com. The digital platform is designed to connect Bombay’s luxury offline experiences with its growing online audience through exclusive rewards and brand-linked engagement.

Bach will oversee global marketing and brand development across Bombay’s land-based and maritime divisions, while Findlay will lead Yolo.com and spearhead the digital integration of the Group’s premium experiences.

Both executives bring extensive industry expertise across gaming, hospitality, and digital commerce, supporting Bombay’s objective to align its luxury ecosystem with emerging regulated online opportunities.

“We are delighted to welcome Rhiannon and Lauren to the executive leadership team,” said Kevin McGowen, Chief Executive of Bombay Group. “The combined and extensive international backgrounds of both individuals and proven track record make these executive appointments exceptionally well-suited to lead Bombay’s digital and marketing strategies as we continue to expand globally.”
