New igaming supplier Celestar has formally launched operations, debuting with a portfolio of slot titles and securing a B2B licence from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) as it prepares to expand into regulated markets across Europe and beyond.
The company, based in Malta, was founded by a team combining long-standing industry experience with new creative talent. Its strategy focuses on delivering slot content that incorporates advanced mechanics, narrative-driven design, and high-quality visuals to appeal to a broad player base.
Celestar’s team includes professionals with backgrounds in game development, design, and mathematical modelling, supporting a roadmap aimed at producing titles suited to both experienced players and new audiences. With the MGA licence in place, the studio plans to distribute its certified content to operators, aggregators, and platforms across compliant jurisdictions.
The launch marks Celestar’s formal entry into the competitive igaming sector, as it seeks to build partnerships and deliver original content to regulated European markets.
Vassilis Trochalidis, CEO at Celestar, said: “Our goal is to craft slots that are not just games but experiences, titles that players will return to time and again. We are committed to bringing fresh ideas to the market, with engaging features and themes that resonate across borders.
“Being awarded our MGA B2B licence is an exciting milestone, and we can’t wait to immerse players in our galaxy of games that awaits!”
