DraftKings Inc. (Nasdaq: DKNG) has appointed Gregory W. Wendt to its Board of Directors as an independent director, effective October 24, 2025. The appointment was made following the recommendation of the company’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, which Mr. Wendt will also join as a member.
Mr. Wendt recently retired as a Partner at Capital Group Companies, the global investment management firm that oversees the American Funds family of mutual funds.
