DraftKings Introduces Spanish-Language Option for Sportsbook


DraftKings has launched a Spanish-language experience within its Sportsbook & Casino app, expanding accessibility for customers in the United States and Ontario. The rollout marks part of the operator’s broader strategy to tailor its igaming products to individual user preferences.

The new language option will be introduced initially to selected existing customers before being made available more widely in the coming weeks. Users whose mobile devices are set to Spanish will see the app displayed primarily in that language upon updating, without requiring manual adjustments.

DraftKings said the Spanish-language functionality will extend across the full customer journey over time, covering account onboarding, navigation, betting content, gameplay, promotions, customer support and the operator’s Responsible Gaming Center tools. The company described the launch as a step toward delivering a more inclusive and localised experience for its diverse customer base.

“Today, Spanish-speaking players represent a growing segment of DraftKings’ customer base,” said Corey Gottlieb, Chief Product Officer at DraftKings. “By bringing Spanish-language functionality to our best-in-class product, we’re creating a more intuitive experience for our customers and expanding our total addressable market.
