Entain, a global sports betting and gaming group, has launched a groundbreaking live gameshow titled “The Chase,” inspired by the popular ITV gameshow. This new offering has been developed in partnership with ITV and Playtech, a leading technology company. “The Chase” live gameshow is exclusively available to Entain’s customers in the UK, Canada, Belgium, and Brazil.
The live gameshow, modeled after the hit ITV show that attracts up to four million viewers daily in the UK, represents a first-of-its-kind in the market. It features a captivating plinko board and two bonus features designed to keep players engaged until the Final Chase, without the need for answering challenging general knowledge questions.
Since its launch, “The Chase” has seen a remarkable 56% increase in player spending, tripling the revenue compared to previous top-tier launches with similar plinko mechanics. This strong customer response highlights the game’s compelling design and engaging gameplay, setting a new benchmark in the gameshow genre.
Hosted from Playtech’s live studio in Riga, “The Chase” operates 24/7 for customers worldwide. Initially rolled out to Entain’s UK customers, the gameshow has since become available in Ontario, Belgium, and Brazil, with plans to expand to South Africa and Italy next.
