Maric brings over 17 years of experience in technology and innovation, having held key positions at Astria and Asseco, where he led engineering teams and drove collaborative, forward-thinking environments.
Known for his leadership approach, which emphasizes mentorship and the development of team members, Maric has consistently fostered innovation by uniting teams under a shared vision. In his new role as CTO at Fincore, Maric will focus on aligning technology with broader business objectives, working closely with Fincore CEO Mateja Popovic and the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives.
In addition to overseeing Fincore’s software development teams, Maric will lead efforts to attract new talent and guide teams to exceed performance goals, ensuring the continued success and growth of the company’s technical capabilities. His appointment follows the recent launch of Fincore’s flagship Tri Software, a comprehensive technology solution for online casino and sportsbook operators, designed to provide greater control and enhance player experience.
