GiG Strengthens UK Footprint with ITV Win Platform Deal

GiG Software has signed an agreement with Richmond Atlantic to supply its igaming platform technology for ITV Win, a real-money online gaming brand operating in the UK. The deal will see GiG provide core platform services to support the launch and ongoing operation of ITV Win in one of the most established regulated igaming markets globally.

The partnership was awarded following a competitive tender and covers the deployment of GiG’s modular CoreX platform alongside its DataX analytics and LogicX automation tools. These technologies are intended to support account management, personalisation, real-time decisioning and operational controls within a regulated igaming environment. Richmond Atlantic will use the platform to underpin ITV Win’s product offering and longer-term growth strategy.

As part of the rollout, ITV Win plans to expand its igaming proposition with the introduction of Bingo and Spins verticals. The platform will incorporate content delivery, gamification features and data-led optimisation tools designed to operate within UK regulatory requirements, including player protection and responsible gambling measures.

GiG continues to focus on supplying igaming technology to operators active in regulated jurisdictions, with the UK remaining a key market due to its scale and compliance standards. The ITV Win product is currently in the final stages of development, with a soft launch expected shortly, followed by a broader rollout and national marketing activity in the new year.

The agreement adds to GiG’s UK igaming footprint and reflects ongoing demand from operators for outsourced platform infrastructure capable of supporting compliant growth in mature markets.

Richard Carter, Chief Executive Officer at GiG, commented: “Partnering with Richmond Atlantic to power ITV Win represents a major milestone for GiG in the UK. ITV is one of the most iconic brands in British entertainment, and supporting their entry into soft gaming underlines the strength, flexibility and trust in the GiG technology ecosystem. This agreement reflects our commitment to delivering secure, scalable and highly compliant platforms that enable Tier 1 partners to innovate responsibly and compete at the highest level. We’re excited to help bring ITV Win to market and proud to support such a significant new player in the UK gaming landscape.”

Adam Joseph, Chief Executive Officer of Richmond Atlantic, commented: “The agreement with GiG brings the technical support we need as we shape ITV Win for the UK market. It’s a partnership that gives us room to build a brand with real clarity and purpose, and we’re looking forward to taking it live.”
