Island Luck has announced it will deploy OtherLevels’ Experience Platform ahead of the 2025–26 NFL season to support engagement across its igaming sportsbook and casino channels.
The agreement will see the Bahamian operator integrate the Experience Platform to deliver personalised media, betting content and live odds-based updates. According to OtherLevels, the platform uses real-time game data, odds, and contextual information—such as time and game state—to generate text and Gen AI-powered content designed to increase customer activity.
The implementation builds on existing results from the last 12 months, during which OtherLevels’ tools reportedly delivered an 8% increase in NFL-related bets and a 30% increase in NBA betting activity across clients.
Island Luck is powered by Kambi’s sportsbook technology, and OtherLevels’ platform is pre-integrated with Kambi, enabling a streamlined delivery of betting prompts and insights across player touchpoints. The launch is scheduled ahead of the season opener on 4 September, when the Philadelphia Eagles face the Dallas Cowboys.
The partnership reflects a wider trend in the igaming sector, where operators are increasingly turning to personalisation technologies to support retention and real-time engagement.
