Brightstar Lottery PLC (NYSE: BRSL) has announced it will deploy its OMNIA™ integrated lottery platform to modernise both retail and digital operations for the Missouri Lottery under a new eight-year contract. This move is set to streamline the Missouri Lottery’s systems while enhancing the overall player experience across multiple channels.
The OMNIA platform links retail and digital lottery environments, aiming to simplify operational processes and provide a more connected experience for players. As part of the agreement, Brightstar will also support the Missouri Lottery’s digital growth by introducing Connected Play features, second-chance promotions, and a loyalty programme designed to strengthen customer engagement.
Under the contract, Brightstar will supply substantial new hardware to Missouri Lottery retailers. This includes 5,250 Retailer Pro S2 terminals, 2,220 GameTouch™ 28 self-service units, 75 GameTouch™ 20s, 250 GameTouch™ Draw stations, 1,250 digital menu boards and an upgraded communications network, all intended to bolster reliability and versatility at the point of sale.
Brightstar’s solutions are underpinned by its central system, which is widely implemented across the global lottery sector. The company currently supports nearly 90 lottery clients across six continents and is the primary technology provider to 26 of 46 U.S. lottery jurisdictions, along with seven of the world’s 10 largest lotteries. This latest partnership further solidifies Brightstar’s footprint in the North American market and underscores its strategy of delivering scalable, high-integrity lottery systems that adapt to evolving player demands.
