OtherLevels Expands Gen AI Capabilities with AWS Support

OtherLevels has announced an expanded partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enhance its Experience Platform, introducing scalable generative AI-driven video and media solutions tailored to the igaming and sports betting sectors.

The collaboration involved AWS’s Prototyping and Cloud Engineering (PACE) team, supporting OtherLevels in building a scalable architecture capable of delivering real-time, personalised media content. Leveraging Amazon’s Foundation Models, OtherLevels can convert operator customer data into dynamic, context-aware video experiences for player acquisition, retention, and in-session engagement.

The Experience Platform supports video delivery across multiple channels in over 50 languages and is designed to integrate with external customer data platforms, sportsbooks, CRM systems, and igaming platforms via open architecture. This approach allows operators to deploy the solution without re-platforming or disrupting existing systems.

Positioned for use across sports betting, igaming, lottery, and fan engagement applications, the enhanced platform aims to provide operators with tools for creating real-time, localised media content to improve user interaction across the full player lifecycle.

“The tools and services provided by AWS have been liberating for content creation,” said Brendan O’Kane, CEO at OtherLevels. “They have given us the flexibility to tackle problems from unconventional angles and at great pace. The level of support and access to expertise we have experienced is second to none.

“Personalised video is proven to deliver massive lifts in customer engagement, conversion, life-time-value, satisfaction and loyalty. As customers continue to expect richer media experiences, sports betting brands need to leverage platforms such as our Experience Platform to deliver differentiated audio and video customer experiences. AWS has played a big part in helping us create compelling, value-adding customer experiences.”
