Customer acquisition and comparison business Quantum has announced two senior appointments as part of its continuing expansion strategy. Dimitris Papamichael joins as Commercial Director and Luke Watkin as Marketing Director, both taking up newly created roles within the organisation.
The appointments form part of Quantum’s broader recruitment drive, which has been ongoing since 2023 and includes the addition of a complete C-suite and expanded technology teams. The company has reported consistent growth over the past five years and is now preparing to diversify into new verticals while maintaining a strong position in the igaming sector.
Papamichael will oversee all revenue-generating activity, shaping the company’s commercial approach and leading a growing team of sales and business development professionals. Watkin will direct Quantum’s marketing strategy, focusing on scalable systems, brand development, and further expansion into new markets.
The hires follow the company’s recent rebrand, which aligns Quantum’s identity more closely with its “QiH Group” heritage and defines its long-term purpose and strategic direction within the wider digital and igaming ecosystem.
