ScatterKings has entered the igaming market with a portfolio of slot titles designed to differentiate itself from established content studios. The new developer, founded by industry veterans with backgrounds in NOVOMATIC’s interactive division, is positioning its launch around hand-crafted game design supported by cloud-native technology.
The studio’s first releases include Coins of Cleo, Genie’s Golden Lamps, Big Bob and titles featuring its Gold Lock mechanics. ScatterKings states that its games combine traditional art processes with AI-enhanced production tools, aiming to deliver a balance of visual craftsmanship and modern performance capabilities.
In addition to its core portfolio, the company plans to develop bespoke content for operators, targeting localised themes and customised production to support market-specific engagement. ScatterKings is led by Chief Technology Officer Steven Batchelor-Manning, Chief Product Officer Boro Brumen and Chief Commercial Officer Steven Cross, who collectively bring extensive experience in interactive gaming development and commercial strategy.
The company said regulatory compliance is embedded in its framework as it prepares to launch its content across multiple European regulated igaming markets in the coming months.
Steven Cross, CCO at ScatterKings, said: “After years of hard work behind the scenes, we’re buzzing to officially launch into the iGaming market. There are some truly great studios in this industry, but the overall quality is dropping as the market becomes increasingly saturated. What we need isn’t more games – we need better ones full of personality and genuine craftsmanship.
“Operators are at the heart of our roadmap, and we have some major strategic partnerships coming that we’re excited to announce. We have a hugely talented team behind us, blending hand-crafted creativity with advanced AI-driven technology to build content with passion — titles players know they can trust. We can’t wait to introduce our content to players, and we’re only just getting started.”
