Golden Whale has entered into a strategic partnership with Swiss Casinos to deliver advanced AI and machine learning (ML) solutions aimed at enhancing operational performance across the operator’s land-based and online gaming offerings. The collaboration will see Golden Whale’s proprietary data science tools integrated into Swiss Casinos’ digital platform, swisscasinos.ch, with a focus on real-time analytics, player retention, and behavioural insights.
Swiss Casinos, a well-established operator within Switzerland’s regulated market, has been seeking to embed a more data-centric approach across its business. As part of this shift, the partnership with Golden Whale will allow the company to access advanced predictive capabilities that support timely, individualised customer engagement. The deal also complements Swiss Casinos’ existing relationship with Playtech, whose technology underpins the brand’s online offering.
Central to Golden Whale’s offering are its Foundation platform and LOOPS machine learning models, which generate live behavioural predictions that support automated decision-making for rewards, incentives, and risk mitigation.
