The Mill Adventure has appointed Cristina Grigore as Chief of Staff as the platform provider continues to expand its operations across regulated igaming markets. The company said the role is intended to support organisational alignment and sustain its current growth trajectory.
Grigore, who has more than 15 years of experience in technology-led businesses, has held several leadership positions within the igaming and tech sectors. She has spent the past four years at The Mill Adventure, contributing to the development of internal processes and cross-team collaboration.
In her new position, Grigore will work alongside the executive team to support strategic planning, operational execution and company-wide coordination. The Chief of Staff role has been introduced to help manage scaling activity and ensure that major initiatives progress effectively.
The appointment follows other recent additions to the senior team, including Gerardo Prieto as Chief Information Security Officer and Bjørnar Heggernes as Chief Commercial Officer, as the company looks to grow its regulatory presence internationally.
Headquartered in Malta, The Mill Adventure provides an igaming platform focused on technical capabilities, regulatory compliance and partner-led solutions. Its products include SmartLobbies, an AI-driven automated lobby management system, and Betpool, a feature that enables shared play across casino, live casino and sportsbook.
