Yolo Group Awarded UAE Vendor Licences by National Regulator

Yolo Group has announced that its subsidiaries, Hub88 Holdings Ltd and Live Online Gaming Services LLC, have been granted gaming-related vendor licences by the United Arab Emirates’ General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA). The authority is the UAE’s federal body responsible for licensing and supervising commercial gaming activities.

The approval allows Yolo Group to provide business-to-business iGaming content within the UAE’s newly regulated market — the first of its kind in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The group views this development as a key step in its wider expansion strategy across the Middle East.

As part of the approval, Live88 becomes the first licensed online live casino studio in the UAE. The company will focus on delivering locally regulated content and live gaming solutions designed for the region.

Yolo Group has continued to position itself within regulated markets, developing technology-driven gaming products such as its one-wallet solution and MiCA-compliant crypto payments system, already deployed in its Tallinn-based land-based casino, Bombay Club. Testing and product development will remain in Estonia, with further scaling planned across the GCC and other licensed markets globally.

Commenting on the achievement, Tim Heath, Founder of Yolo Group said, “Obtaining these licenses in the UAE is more than a regulatory achievement, it is a statement of intent. Yolo Group is committed to building the future of gaming on trust, transparency, and world-class innovation. The UAE is setting the stage for what modern, regulated gaming should look like, and we are proud to be part of that journey”.
