3 Oaks Gaming has received official certification to supply its igaming content in Brazil, following approval of its remote gaming system, random number generator, and a portfolio of selected slot titles. The certification enables the company to operate within the country’s regulated igaming framework, which came into effect on 1 January 2025.
The approval process ensures full compliance with the regulatory standards established by Brazil’s Secretariat of Prizes and Bets, reflecting the company’s commitment to meeting jurisdictional requirements in newly regulated markets.
Certified games include Lucky Penny, 3 Hot Chillies, and Coin Volcano—titles recognised for their detailed graphics and feature-rich mechanics. These games will now be made available to licensed operators looking to expand their offering in the region.
Brazil’s igaming sector is undergoing significant growth following recent regulatory developments. Data from Statista projects market revenue to surpass €6.5 billion in 2025, positioning the country as a key growth area for content suppliers.
