Barcelona, February 2026 – Alea, the award-winning iGaming aggregator, is heading back to SBC Summit Rio from 3–5 March at Booth A350, marking another step in its ongoing journey in one of its most important markets: Brazil.
One year after Brazil’s new regulatory framework came into effect, the market has matured quickly, become more structured, competitive, and focused on compliance. Over the past twelve months, Alea has cemented its presence as the aggregator with the largest number of certified game providers and games available in the country, helping operators navigate this new landscape with confidence.
Recognised as Aggregator of the Year 2025 at the SBC Awards in Lisbon, Alea arrives in Rio on the back of a standout year and a clear local-first approach. The company has invested heavily in local talent and regional partnerships, ensuring the team understands the specific nuances of Brazilian player behavior and regulatory needs.
“It’s great to be back in Rio and see how much the market has evolved since the regulation started. We’ve put a lot of work into this year, both on the technical side and in building a local team that really understands the Brazilian player. At the end of the day, we want our partners to feel they have the stability and the local support they need to just focus on growing their business,” said Jordi Sendra, CEO at Alea.
Representing Alea in Rio will be Head of Account Management Rafael Barragan, alongside members of the account management, business development, marketing, and partnerships teams.
As SBC Summit Rio brings the industry together, Alea remains focused on helping operators across Brazil and LATAM thrive through a combination of technical expertise and long-term, people-driven partnerships.
