bet-at-home has implemented Fast Track’s customer engagement platform across its sportsbook and online casino operations.
The agreement sees the European operator use Fast Track’s CRM, Rewards and Greco products through a single customer data model to manage player engagement, loyalty and bonus campaigns across its regulated iGaming markets.
Founded in 1999, bet-at-home operates online sports betting and gaming across several European jurisdictions, with Germany among its core markets. The company is listed on the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
As part of the rollout, bet-at-home has also adopted Fast Track AI, enabling its CRM team to automate customer relationship management workflows using AI-powered tools and natural language prompts.
The implementation forms part of the operator’s customer engagement strategy as it seeks to manage CRM, gamification and loyalty activities through a single platform across its sportsbook and casino businesses.
“We needed a platform built for the realities of operating in regulated European markets, with the data foundation and agility to engage players consistently across our brands. Fast Track gives us exactly that, and we are excited about what this partnership will let us build for our players.” comments Andreas Hackl, Head of Operations at bet-at-home.
“bet-at-home has built one of European betting’s most recognised brands over more than two decades, and across exactly the kind of regulated, competitive markets Fast Track was built for. We are looking forward to the work ahead together.” says Simon Lidzén, Co-Founder and CEO of Fast Track.
