BetComply, a prominent iGaming compliance firm, has announced an expansion of its ComplyCheck tool to the UK, with plans to include additional markets such as Ontario and Estonia in the near future. This marks a significant enhancement of ComplyCheck, a self-assessment and audit tool initially launched in the Netherlands to assist license holders in navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
Since its introduction earlier this year, ComplyCheck has garnered substantial demand from operators seeking support across multiple regulated jurisdictions. Responding to this, BetComply has mapped out a wider rollout for ComplyCheck, including upcoming coverage for MGA and Curacao licenses expected in early 2025.
Powered by SG Certified, ComplyCheck guides operators through a structured licensing process in two steps. Operators first answer a series of targeted questions, providing relevant evidence at their own pace. BetComply’s regulatory team then reviews these submissions, delivering a comprehensive report that identifies any areas of non-compliance and suggests corrective actions.
With its proven success in simplifying compliance management, ComplyCheck continues to meet the evolving needs of iGaming operators across diverse regulatory environments.
Mike de Graaff, Chief Compliance Officer at BetComply, said: “When we launched ComplyCheck, it was a completely new approach designed to simplify licensing audits for operators. It’s been so popular in the Netherlands, we’ve prioritised bringing the service to new markers, starting with the UK. We’ve designed ComplyCheck to provide greater clarity to operators, making the audit process more efficient without compromising on the all important details. We couldn’t be more excited to see our partners using the tool in these new markets.”
