BetComply to Advise Mindway AI on Safer Gambling Strategy

Mindway AI has formed a strategic partnership with BetComply to enhance the implementation of its safer gambling technology within the igaming sector. The collaboration is aimed at supporting Mindway AI’s expansion and refining how its tools are integrated into operator frameworks for player protection.

As part of the agreement, BetComply’s Safer Gambling & Sustainability Specialist Jez White will work closely with Mindway AI, advising on how its core offerings—particularly its flagship GameScanner solution—can be embedded into operators’ responsible gambling strategies. GameScanner uses behavioural analytics to identify early signs of potentially harmful gambling activity, enabling timely intervention.

BetComply will also assist in shaping Mindway AI’s product development roadmap and identifying opportunities to broaden its market reach. The consultancy, known for its expertise in regulatory compliance across the igaming industry, aims to support Mindway AI in scaling its presence and effectiveness within licensed jurisdictions.

Jez White joined BetComply in March 2025 following more than eight years at Entain, where he held the role of Director of Player Protection Systems and Analytics. His appointment reflects a growing industry emphasis on aligning technology with sustainable gambling practices.
