BETER has received regulatory approval to provide its iGaming content in the states of Indiana and Iowa, marking a further step in the company’s expansion across the United States. The approvals, granted by the Indiana Gaming Commission and the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission, permit BETER to supply its Setka Cup table tennis content, including live data and streaming services, to licensed operators in both jurisdictions.
The company’s Setka Cup tournaments are now available to bettors in Indiana and Iowa through bet365, which previously introduced BETER’s content in Colorado and New Jersey. The partnership enables access to BETER’s fast-betting portfolio, designed to provide continuous live events and real-time wagering opportunities.
BETER delivers around 700,000 events annually, covering multiple sports and esports categories with up to 50 betting markets per event and an average operator margin of more than 7.5%. Its sports products include the Setka Cup table tennis series, the BSKT Cup basketball league, padel tennis, and official cricket tournaments. The company’s esports offering features ESportsBattle competitions across eFootball, eBasketball, eHockey, and eTennis.
The approvals represent a key development in BETER’s North American growth strategy as the supplier continues to expand its regulated iGaming and sports betting footprint across new U.S. state markets.
Gal Ehrlich, CEO of BETER, said: “Securing approvals in Indiana and Iowa marks another important milestone in our expansion across the US, a market where we are already seeing strong demand for our fast-betting content, particularly the Setka Cup.
“Receiving approval from such respected regulators is a testament to the quality of our products and the dedication of our teams, especially in the areas of legal compliance, integrity, and transparency.
“The US is an essential market for both operators and suppliers, particularly those committed to building their businesses within regulated environments where player safety is the top priority. This is exactly what we aim to achieve, and we’re confident we can bring unique value to US operators and their bettors.”
Valeriia Tarchynska, Chief Legal Officer at BETER, added: “Gaining approvals in Indiana and Iowa represents another step forward in our broader US strategy and highlights the efficiency and expertise of our legal team in navigating complex regulatory frameworks. We’re also grateful for the ongoing support of our trusted partner, law firm BlankRome, whose guidance has been invaluable throughout this process.
“Our legal team has honed its expertise through extensive experience securing approvals in the US and LATAM markets. We’ll continue leveraging this knowledge to further streamline future applications as we expand into key states, including North Carolina, Arizona, Ohio and beyond.”
