BETER Launches Virtual Reality Contests for Setka Cup Table Tennis

BETER has introduced a virtual reality component to its popular Setka Cup table tennis tournaments, bringing a unique dimension to its fast-betting content offerings. The Setka Cup Virtual Reality contests feature professional athletes competing in a VR format, with each player equipped with a VR headset and competing within BETER’s advanced table tennis simulation environment.

These VR matches last up to 15 minutes, aligning with BETER’s fast-paced betting format. Each match provides over 30 betting markets, delivering a consistent 7.5% margin for operators. Setka Cup VR contests are scheduled on weekdays, with matches running at twice the speed of traditional table tennis games.

Part of BETER’s broader sports portfolio, which includes the Setka Cup and the BSKT Cup basketball league, these new VR contests add to a robust lineup of approximately 11,000 monthly events. All events feature real-time odds, data, and 24/7 live streaming, enhancing the betting experience for operators and players alike.

Maksym Vitushko, Sports General Manager at BETER, said: “The launch of Setka Cup Virtual Reality contests is a testament to our position as a pioneering fast betting content provider. This product really shows how we have redefined the bettor experience and the way bettors engage with and bet on live contests.

This innovation has allowed us to introduce something new to table tennis fans, sports fans, bettors and the wider industry. Putting real athletes into a virtual world has never been done before and by pushing boundaries, our partners’ customers can enjoy a deeper, richer, more immersive experience.”

“We look forward to seeing many sportsbooks integrate this new content into their offerings and leverage its potential.”
