BiS SiGMA Announces Institutional Partnership with ANALOME and Jogo Positivo to Strengthen the Lottery Agenda in Brazil

BiS SiGMA — the result of the merger between the Brazilian iGaming Summit (BiS) and the Malta-based SiGMA Group — announces a strategic institutional partnership with the National Association of Municipal Lotteries (ANALOME) and the Brazilian Association for Positive Gaming (AJP). The organisations confirm their participation in the 3rd National Congress of Municipal Lotteries, taking place from August 13 to 14 in São Paulo. The partnership integrates the leading networking and business platform for gaming, betting, and lotteries in Latin America with the body leading the discussion on local public lotteries.

According to Nuno Bispo, Marketing Director of BiS SiGMA, the cooperation is driven by shared objectives. “Brazil’s gaming and betting industry is currently undergoing expansion, particularly in digital channels, but the legacy of lotteries remains central to this ecosystem. By supporting the congress organised by Jogo Positivo and ANALOME, we are joining efforts to enhance this dialogue and share experiences that complement the work already carried out by the association and local administrators,” he stated.

Expected to attract around 200 participants, the 3rd National Congress of Municipal Lotteries will feature panels on taxation, concession models, integrity, and economic sustainability. Executives from operators and suppliers, legal experts, and public managers will share their experiences on how to structure municipal lotteries efficiently and with social responsibility. The program also includes international case studies to broaden participants’ regulatory knowledge.

For Camilo Roma de Brito, President of ANALOME, the partnership with BiS SiGMA strengthens the association’s mission. “Our goal remains to bring together public administrators, operators, and civil society to discuss the strengthening of subnational lotteries. Having BiS SiGMA — a recognised platform that brings decision-makers from the gaming, betting, and lottery ecosystem together — reinforces the congress and expands the reach of the discussion, especially at a time when several municipalities are evaluating sustainable models to implement their own lotteries,” he emphasised.

Filipe Alves Rodrigues, creator of the National Congress of Municipal Lotteries and CEO of Jogo Positivo, sees the partnership with BiS SiGMA as a significant milestone for the sector:
“We welcome this alliance with great enthusiasm, as it represents more than institutional support — it acknowledges the relevance of municipal lotteries on the national stage. BiS SiGMA is now one of the world’s leading references in fostering networking, knowledge, and business within the gaming and betting universe. Its involvement in this edition of the congress enhances the event’s visibility, elevates the level of discussion, and brings municipal managers closer to consolidated experiences and solutions from other markets.

We believe that by joining forces, we can accelerate the professionalisation, transparency, and sustainability of the lottery segment, ensuring it fulfils its social and economic role responsibly. This is a partnership that inspires confidence, fosters innovation, and opens new perspectives for the future of municipal lotteries in Brazil,” he concluded.

This cooperation movement demonstrates the sector’s effort to align public discourse around municipal lotteries. By connecting local agendas with the international iGaming calendar, BiS SiGMA, Jogo Positivo, and ANALOME help establish consistent regulatory benchmarks, attract private investment, and ensure transparency in lottery operations.
