Boost Casino Partners ZingBrain AI for iGaming Lobby


Boost Casino has partnered with ZingBrain AI to introduce personalised game recommendations across its igaming platform, integrating artificial intelligence tools designed to adapt casino lobby content to individual player behaviour.

Boost Casino operates as a Baltic-Nordic online casino brand within the Entain portfolio and provides a pay-and-play igaming experience that allows players to access games through simplified payment and registration processes. Through the new agreement, the operator has implemented ZingBrain AI’s recommendation engine across its platform, replacing a manually curated and static lobby structure with a system that dynamically adjusts game visibility.

The integration introduces a “Recommended” section within the igaming lobby that displays a mix of games previously played by the user alongside titles the system identifies as potentially relevant based on behavioural patterns and game attributes. The recommendation engine analyses multiple parameters, including gameplay features, theme and volatility, to generate suggested content.

A further feature of the integration includes a “Similar Games” pop-up that appears after a player exits a title. The tool suggests alternative games with comparable characteristics, providing players with additional discovery pathways within the igaming platform.

According to information shared by the companies, the recommendation system was introduced following an A/B testing phase comparing the new AI-driven interface with the existing static lobby structure. During the test period, Boost Casino recorded increases in turnover and gross gaming revenue per player, while the number of unique games played per user also rose. After the testing phase concluded, the operator reported that performance metrics remained consistent in subsequent months.

Over time, the recommendation modules became one of the primary channels through which players discovered new titles within the igaming platform. The partnership reflects a wider trend within the igaming sector where operators are increasingly deploying data-driven tools and artificial intelligence systems to organise content libraries, personalise player experiences and optimise game discovery across online casino environments.
