Casino Guru Analyzes Gamalyze Campaign Data and Impact

Casino Guru, the leading igaming database and advocate for responsible gambling, has shared insights into the success of its Gamalyze campaign, conducted in collaboration with Mindway AI during Safer Gambling Week 2024.

The initiative, designed to analyze and inform consumers about their gambling behaviors, was accessed by 10,479 visitors, with 7,116 completing the interactive experience. Now, Casino Guru has reviewed the data generated to evaluate the campaign’s impact and refine future responsible gambling initiatives.

The campaign reached 279,000 visitors on Casino Guru’s platform, with 65% of those engaging with the game’s details opting to play it—approximately 13,000 participants. The findings revealed a slight decline in high-risk gambling behavior, with 15.6% of players identified as high-risk, down from 17% in the previous campaign. This is also below the industry average of 17.3%.

Additionally, the data indicated that players were largely able to predict their own risk levels, with only 15.6% underestimating their risk—a figure consistent with the previous Gamalyze campaign. Participants also received personalized feedback on ways to improve their gambling behavior.

Another key insight was a decline in normal loss sensitivity, with 51.7% of players showing standard loss sensitivity, compared to 61% in the previous campaign. This suggests a shift in player behavior, with some demonstrating reduced concern over increased losses.

These findings highlight the effectiveness of data-driven responsible gambling initiatives and reinforce the importance of continuous player protection efforts. Encouraged by the results, Casino Guru and Mindway AI plan to further refine their approach, expand their reach, and enhance their strategies to empower players with tools for responsible gambling decisions.
