Carl Bonner brings a rich background in cloud technology, having previously worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) for over three years. During his tenure at AWS, he was instrumental in co-founding the Betting & Gaming division, where he managed accounts for numerous notable iGaming brands, assisting them with various AWS services.
Before joining AWS, Carl held significant positions at Oracle, a prominent cloud-based enterprise software company. His extensive experience includes working with major European brands such as Pret a Manger, WHSmith, Shazam, UiPath, and ESET, where he played a key role in advancing their cloud strategies and implementations.
In his new role at Continent 8, Carl will leverage his considerable expertise to support the company’s multi-cloud strategy and expand its customer base, particularly focusing on the burgeoning US iGaming market. Continent 8’s comprehensive multi-cloud approach encompasses regulated Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and Hyperscale Cloud solutions. The company’s status as an AWS Advanced Tier Consulting Partner enables it to offer specialized assistance to customers with AWS projects. Additionally, as a Microsoft Silver Partner, Continent 8 enhances its cloud services with Microsoft Azure Stack, further solidifying its position as a versatile and resourceful provider in the igaming industry.
