EveryMatrix Launches EngageSuite for iGaming Loyalty Tools

EveryMatrix has introduced EngageSuite, a unified gamification and loyalty platform aimed at enhancing player engagement across multiple igaming verticals. The new solution is designed to help operators improve retention and customer lifetime value through a range of integrated engagement mechanics.

EngageSuite consolidates a wide array of features—including bonuses, levelling systems, loyalty currencies, tournaments, challenges, mini-games, and jackpots—within a single ecosystem. This modular structure enables operators to build tailored, cross-vertical player journeys that are fully customisable via a central back-office.

With seamless integration into existing CRMs, marketing systems, and automation platforms, EngageSuite provides operators with a flexible framework to deliver branded, real-time engagement. The platform also supports AI-driven personalisation and churn mitigation, further optimising user experience.

Initial deployment data suggests measurable performance improvements. For example, clients using EngageSuite have reported a 15% increase in game rounds through Challenges, a 20% rise in unique active players, and a 5.4% boost in average bet sizes using JackpotEngine. Session length and frequency have also seen consistent gains.

LoyaltyEngine, part of the EngageSuite offering, has seen growing adoption since its rollout in September 2024, and is now active across 16 brands. EveryMatrix intends to continue scaling the suite across its operator network as demand for integrated gamification tools grows in the competitive igaming market.
