EveryMatrix Unveils New Eco-Friendly Headquarters in Bucharest Amidst Expanding Team

EveryMatrix, a leading tier-1 iGaming supplier, proudly announces the opening of its new development hub in Bucharest, Romania, coinciding with the celebration of its 1,000th employee. This significant milestone highlights the company’s dynamic organic growth since its inception in 2008, particularly noting a remarkable 90% increase in staff from 525 in 2020 to 1,000 currently. This expansion underlines EveryMatrix’s commitment to innovation and excellence in the iGaming industry, showcased by its record profitability in 2023.

The new headquarters, constructed in partnership with STRABAG Real Estate and initiated in 2022, offers over 400 Bucharest-based employees a state-of-the-art, eco-friendly workspace. Situated near University Square, a prime location in the city, the office is designed for optimal accessibility for employees, clients, and partners, contributing to a streamlined commute.

EveryMatrix’s new office is not just a workspace but a modern complex equipped with extensive amenities, including a large in-house gym, spa, pool, garden, and advanced facilities across six dedicated floors. It also promotes environmental sustainability with free electric car charging points, encouraging the shift towards green transport. A virtual tour is available, providing an insight into the beautifully designed interior and the building’s exceptional features.

The facility adheres to the rigorous LEED V4 Gold certification, reflecting EveryMatrix’s dedication to sustainability and corporate responsibility. By employing sustainable construction practices and materials, the new headquarters minimizes environmental and human health impacts, setting a benchmark in eco-conscious corporate spaces in the iGaming sector.

Ebbe Groes, Group CEO, EveryMatrix, said: “Building our own HQ has been very exciting but has equally involved a great deal of work. This is our first purpose-built office here, so its opening, combined with our 1,000th employee represents a special moment in the company’s 16-year history.

“We are continually investing in the development of the business and its culture for both the well-being of our employees and to futureproof EveryMatrix, and I know from speaking to many of the teams here that it ticks all the boxes for our colleagues’ happiness.”

Marius Iancu, Global Head of HR, EveryMatrix, added: “This building is not just a new office; it also serves as an important part of our talent acquisition strategy from 2024 onwards. Every one of its elements has been designed to position EveryMatrix as an employer of choice and provide our teams with a work-life experience that goes beyond expectations.”
