FSB Advances Tech Graduates to Full-Time Positions in iGaming

Partnership Confirmed

FSB, an international platform provider in the sports betting and iGaming sector, recently reported that two participants from their technology graduation initiative have transitioned into permanent roles within the company.

Launched in 2021 in collaboration with talent solutions provider Rubik Talent (currently known as Harvey Nash), the program is designed to cater to graduates from groups traditionally underrepresented in the iGaming industry, equipping them with vital technology competencies.

Benjamin Allen and Yan Ngo, the accomplished participants, have secured permanent positions at FSB, having consistently showcased exceptional proficiency in the domain of Full Stack Software Development throughout their tenure in the program.

In line with its commitment to the program emphasizing diversity and inclusion, FSB has added four additional participants in 2022, marking their mid-course in this two-year developmental journey.

Sam Lawrence, Chief Technical Officer at FSB, said: “The experience of creating, building and implementing this two year technology programme has been hugely rewarding for us all at FSB. Benjamin and Yan have been embedded into day to day operations within our organisation over the last two years and have become exceptional assets to FSB. They have played key roles in a fast- moving global business and we have taken great pleasure in giving them the tools to take their technology skills to the next level.

“We remain passionate about this project and look forward to further developing the experience and knowledge of our current 2022 programme graduates.”
