Gaming Innovation Group Secures Strategic Partnerships in Spain and Argentina

Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has successfully secured two new partnerships for its innovative iGaming platform, CoreX, and its sportsbook, SportX, marking a significant expansion into the Spanish and Argentine markets. These agreements underscore GiG’s growing influence across regulated markets in Europe and Latin America, showcasing the appeal of its X-Suite solutions to a diverse range of operators.

The first of these partnerships is with Juegging, a prominent operator with a robust presence in both land-based and online casino and sports betting sectors within Spain. This collaboration will see Juegging adopting GiG’s comprehensive X-Suite, a move poised to transform their sports betting offerings and significantly broaden their access to payment and content providers. Leveraging GiG’s scalable and user-focused features, Juegging aims to enhance player acquisition and retention, thereby accelerating its growth within the Spanish market. According to forecasts by the DGOJ, Spain’s iGaming sector is on track to generate approximately €2 bn in GGR annually over the next three years.

Furthermore, GiG has also entered a groundbreaking agreement with SIGAR S.A., a notable land-based casino and slot hall operator in Argentina. This partnership marks the debut of GiG’s CoreX platform in Argentina’s regulated iGaming landscape. GiG, with a well-established presence in seven regulated provinces within the country, will assist SIGAR in transitioning its operations online. This initiative builds on GiG’s extensive experience in facilitating the online expansion of land-based casino operators, a strategy that has yielded numerous successful collaborations across Europe and Latin America.

With iGaming revenues in Latin America projected to exceed US $3.7 bn by 2025, as per Statista, these strategic partnerships position GiG as a key player in supporting operator growth within the region’s regulated markets.

Andrew Cochrane, Chief Business Officer at GiG said; “These signings underscore the demand for our CoreX platform and SportX sportsbook, to drive innovation and expansion for our partners in regulated markets. The full X-Suite solutions, we believe, sits at the apex of technological advancement within our industry, empowering operators like Juegging and SIGAR to thrive in competitive landscapes across Europe and Latin America. “
