Gaming Innovation Group Software Plc (GiG), a prominent B2B iGaming technology provider, has announced a long-term agreement with Bloomberry Resorts Corporation and its flagship brand, Solaire Resorts, marking GiG’s debut in the Asian market. This agreement represents a significant milestone for GiG as it expands its reach into regulated markets globally.
Bloomberry, which operates Solaire Resort Entertainment City—Metro Manila’s first luxury hotel and gaming resort—also oversees Solaire Resort North and the online brand Solaire Online. Known as a major operator in the Asia-Pacific region, Bloomberry has further solidified its presence through investments in South Korea.
Under the new partnership, GiG will provide Bloomberry and Solaire with access to its CoreX iGaming platform and advanced AI solutions, LogicX and DataX. These technologies will enable Bloomberry to enhance its online gaming offerings in the Philippines, aligning with GiG’s strategy of bringing best-in-class solutions to operators in regulated markets.
GiG’s AI tools, LogicX and DataX, offer Bloomberry powerful machine learning capabilities designed to improve decision-making and support rule-based automation, aiding in both player acquisition and retention. The integration of these tools aligns with the industry’s increasing focus on AI and automation, offering Bloomberry actionable insights and optimised player engagement.
The Philippines’ online gaming market continues to grow steadily, with projected revenues expected to reach $865 million by 2029, expanding at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 4.9% from 2024 to 2029. With PAGCOR estimating user numbers to surpass 18 million by 2029, this partnership positions GiG and Bloomberry to capitalise on a thriving digital market in the region.
Richard Carter, Chief Executive Officer at GiG, commented: “This is a landmark moment for GiG as we enter the Asian iGaming market for the first time and continue to deliver on our strategic objectives, enlarging our total addressable market. Our experience in delivering cutting-edge iGaming solutions in evolving regulatory environments, together with Bloomberry’s established market presence, means GiG is poised to take full advantage of the region’s growing online gaming sector.”
