GR8 Tech has expanded its technical infrastructure in Asia to better serve its growing client base in the region, achieving a 25% improvement in platform performance. This strategic upgrade includes automated server setups, enabling rapid deployment across Asian markets while maintaining 99.96% uptime, even during peak events like the World Cup or IPL.
Previously, platform performance in Asia was constrained by reliance on centralized servers in Frankfurt, causing delays that impacted user experience. In response, GR8 Tech restructured its platform, deploying its primary frontend as a standalone solution and establishing a dedicated data center in Asia. These changes have significantly reduced load times and improved service delivery across the region.
The company also partnered with an optimized content delivery management provider, bringing services closer to end users for faster access. In addition, frontend optimizations have further enhanced operational efficiency. The ongoing infrastructure improvements include backend optimizations aimed at reducing frontend-to-backend calls, ensuring even greater reliability and speed.
This expansion underlines GR8 Tech’s commitment to delivering high-performance solutions tailored to the specific needs of the Asian iGaming market, supporting operators with a seamless and robust platform experience.
“Our expansion into Asia is not merely a strategic move, but an opportunity to set a new standard in iGaming. The initiative allows us to better meet client needs, providing reliable performance that builds trust and boosts engagement,” said Yevhen Krazhan, CBDO at GR8 Tech.
“The migration to Asia is a pivotal project for GR8 Tech, with our SRE, Sportsbook, and Platform teams working closely to deploy the solution, achieving significant improvements in web performance and enabling faster market launches. The project embodies the kind of collaboration that excites us – harnessing our combined strengths to build high-performance infrastructure and establish our leadership in key Asian markets,” said Artur Ashyrov, CTO and Deputy CEO at GR8 Tech.
