Hub88 and Live88 Secure UAE Vendor Licences from GCGRA

Hub88 and Live88 have obtained gaming-related vendor licences from the United Arab Emirates’ General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA), the federal body responsible for regulating, licensing, and supervising all commercial gaming activities in the country.

The approvals mark the official entry of both Yolo Group B2B brands into the newly regulated UAE market, allowing Hub88 to provide aggregation services and Live88 to offer live casino products to licensed operators across the region.

Live88’s licence also makes it the first online live casino studio to be approved in the UAE, a development that positions it to deliver locally regulated live gaming experiences across all seven Emirates.

Both companies will continue to base product development and testing operations in Tallinn, Estonia, before expanding further into the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The milestone reinforces Hub88 and Live88’s strategic focus on growth in regulated iGaming markets through advanced, compliant technology solutions.

Lara Falzon, CEO of Yolo’s B2B brands, said: “Securing these licences represents a strong vote of confidence from the UAE’s regulatory body in our brands, our technology and our commitment to operating to the highest standards of integrity and innovation.

“This development reassures our clients and partners of our long-term vision to operate exclusively in regulated markets.”
