Hub88 has launched HubConnect, a groundbreaking product designed to provide studio partners with detailed insights and operational improvements. The product introduces enhanced features aimed at increasing efficiency for both suppliers and operators within the Hub88 ecosystem.
HubConnect is divided into two key components: the Supplier Zone and the Operator Zone. Both zones are designed to deliver more comprehensive data and improve reporting capabilities for Hub88’s partners. Through these self-service features, partners can efficiently manage operations, saving time and resources by addressing challenges directly through the platform.
Scheduled for further upgrades in Q1 2025, HubConnect will introduce automated promotions, allowing suppliers to customize campaigns to the finest detail. In addition, HubConnect’s fully integrated service desk offers a robust support system, centralizing communications with supplier clients into an organized, efficient platform that replaces conventional messaging apps.
Improvements to Hub88’s back office include enhanced data analysis tools that allow operators to dive deeper into player behavior. One of the major upgrades is the introduction of native currency reporting, enabling operators to track individual account and currency activities, moving beyond the previous Euro-centric model.
HubConnect will be featured at the upcoming SBC Summit in Lisbon, where Hub88 will showcase its innovative solution at Stand-B134.
Jess Inglott, Head of Supplier Relations at Hub88, said: “We are constantly reviewing ways we can further improve our offering, ensuring we make the lives of our partners easier and at the same time, providing best-in-class service.”
Ollie Castleman, Head of Hub88, said: “We have listened to client feedback for our latest enhancements, with the updates offering significant data for player insight as well as better reporting and support. There is more to come for our HubConnect product as we continue to strengthen our services, and we’re excited to showcase our portfolio at the upcoming SBC Summit in Lisbon.”
