Indian Gaming Association and iGaming Business Launch DigitalPlay Summit

The Indian Gaming Association, in collaboration with iGaming Business, is set to inaugurate the DigitalPlay Summit. This innovative event aims to bridge the expertise of U.S. tribal and commercial gaming operators with key stakeholders from the online sports betting and iGaming industries.

Scheduled for April 10 – 11 at the prestigious Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention in Anaheim, California, the summit is poised to significantly influence the trajectory of the North American gambling sector.

Notable companies such as AGEM, Geocomply, and Everi have confirmed their participation, positioning the DPS as a pivotal gathering within the tradeshow. An array of top industry entities is also expected to join, enriching the summit’s diverse ecosystem.

A central stage within the event zone will host conference sessions, offering a forum for educational discussions led by prominent industry leaders and experts. This setup underscores the summit’s role as a nexus for knowledge sharing and innovation.

The Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention, renowned as the tribal gaming industry’s flagship event and the longest-standing gaming expo in the U.S., is the ideal venue for the DigitalPlay Summit. The 2024 event is set to lay the groundwork for the burgeoning market, melding tradition with the forefront of digital gaming discussion.

Integrating the DigitalPlay Summit into this established convention expands the scope of topics and enhances the value for all participants, promising a comprehensive exploration of the iGaming ecosystem. This unique convergence aims to connect U.S. gaming operators with insights from the seasoned European online gaming market, marking a first in North American dialogue.

The summit will feature expert insights on a broad spectrum of gaming-related topics, from casino operations to esports, and from payment solutions to sports betting, which is legal in over 38 states and expanding. With the industry at a pivotal growth juncture, the DigitalPlay Summit initiates crucial future-focused dialogues.

Networking opportunities will abound, enabling leaders from various iGaming sectors to establish meaningful connections and explore new partnerships.

Additionally, the summit will introduce the first Consumer Protection Zone (CPZ), a dedicated area highlighting advanced compliance tools and technologies to promote safer gambling practices. This initiative reflects the summit’s commitment to responsible gaming and the overall enhancement of the gambling ecosystem.

Ernie Stevens, Jr., chairman of the Indian Gaming Association, said, “Everything we do is about advancing economic self-sufficiency through gaming and other forms of economic development for tribal communities and building a sustainable future. We’re doing that by moving this industry forward.

“By creating a dedicated section to focus on iGaming and sports betting, we’re taking a proactive stance and inviting the world’s leading providers and operators to join us in an exciting evolution.”
