MGM Resorts International Honored for Excellence in Workplace Inclusion

MGM Resorts International has been distinguished as a Pinnacle Inclusion Index Company in the 2023 Seramount Inclusion Index. This recognition from Seramount, a leading organization focused on diversity and inclusion best practices, highlights MGM Resorts’ dedication to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within its corporate structure.

MGM Resorts is one of the 26 organizations to achieve the status of Pinnacle Inclusion Index Company, a first for the company since it began participating in the index. This top-tier acknowledgment is granted to organizations demonstrating exceptional performance in three critical areas: effective practices in recruiting, retaining, and advancing people from underrepresented groups; cultivating an inclusive corporate culture with leadership accountability; and achieving demographic workforce diversity.

In 2023, 155 organizations participated in the Seramount Inclusion Index. The results from this index provide essential metrics to understand demographic representation trends and opportunities. It also serves as a guide for driving internal change and identifying solutions to bridge any diversity and inclusion gaps.

MGM Resorts International’s recognition in the index signifies its successful implementation of DEI strategies and its position as a leader in creating an inclusive workplace environment in the igaming industry.
