MightyTips Ambassador Aleksejevs Extends Pro Record to 18-0

MightyTips ambassador and professional boxer Jevgenijs Aleksejevs maintained his unbeaten record with a unanimous decision victory over Ismaël Seck at the AAA Fighting Series event held on May 3, 2025, in Braunschweig, Germany. The Latvian fighter, known as “The Hurricane,” now holds a professional boxing record of 18-0.

The match took place at the Millenium Event Center, where Aleksejevs competed in his first 10-round bout. The reigning IBO European middleweight champion controlled the pace from the opening round, effectively neutralising Seck’s physical advantages and applying consistent pressure throughout the fight. Seck, who entered the ring with a record of 13-8-2 and had never previously been stopped, managed to go the distance but was outpointed across the judges’ scorecards, which read 100-90, 99-91, and 97-93.

Aleksejevs’ tactical execution and striking variation were key to securing the decision, underlining his readiness for higher-tier competition within the middleweight division. The Riga-born boxer, who transitioned from kickboxing to boxing following an injury in 2015, now holds a 55% knockout rate and has been a MightyTips ambassador since June 2023.

Following the win, Aleksejevs has moved to 40th in the BoxRec middleweight world rankings, signalling potential for further advancement in the global boxing landscape.

“Jevgenijs epitomises the values at the heart of the MightyTips brand: a will to win, commitment, and pursuit of excellence,” Eugene Ravdin, SEOBROTHERS Head of PR, said. “The Hurricane delivered a thrilling performance and showed his fighting spirit against formidable opposition. At MightyTips, we believe this is just another step in his journey towards greatness — and we’ll continue to stand by Jevgenijs every step of the way.”

“I feel excellent about the fight,” Jevgenijs Aleksejevs commented. “It was a valuable experience and a great lesson for me. I hope the spectators enjoyed it as much as I did. My matchmaker will line up a good title fight for me soon. This one served as a kind of check-up bout.”
