Mkodo’s Geolocation Solution, GeoLocs, Receives GLI Certification

Mkodo Limited, a subsidiary of Pollard Banknote, has received Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) certification for its GeoLocs geolocation service designed for the iGaming industry. This certification solidifies GeoLocs’ compliance with geolocation requirements in jurisdictions that accept GLI certification.

As a leading B2B supplier of front-end technologies, mkodo has a proven track record of delivering world-class apps and digital UX services to iGaming operators in North America. With GeoLocs already live with a number of iGaming operators in Ontario, the solution is well-positioned to become the leading iGaming geolocation software in the region.

GeoLocs was specifically designed for the iGaming industry and is capable of tackling global geolocation challenges as the iGaming market continues to expand into new territories. The recent announcement by mkodo to offer GeoLocs to the wider market highlights the company’s commitment to providing innovative solutions to the iGaming industry.

Stuart Godfree, Managing Director at mkodo, said: “We’re pleased to secure GLI certification of our geolocation verification service, GeoLocs. The platform has been live in Ontario with our clients for the past decade, however, we are now eager to offer it more widely to operators across North America and other jurisdictions worldwide that accept GLI certification, to showcase our unrivalled geolocation service.

“GLI’s certification gives us a solid foundation for further growth with the goal to become the world’s leading iGaming supplier in this space. The GLI approval is a credit to our first-rate product and our engineering teams who have been hard at work to ready GeoLocs for launch.”
