NeoGames Names Christopher Shaban as Managing Director of iLottery Division

NeoGames S.A, a provider of end-to-end iGaming and iLottery solutions, has appointed Christopher Shaban as the Managing Director of its iLottery business unit.

This appointment is part of NeoGames’ ongoing organizational restructuring in preparation for its acquisition by Aristocrat, anticipated in the second quarter of fiscal year 2024.

Effective immediately, Shaban will be responsible for overseeing all iLottery operations globally, including new business initiatives, customer expansion, the continued global growth of NeoGames’ iLottery solution, and management of NeoGames Studio, the company’s in-house game studio.

Shaban brings over 27 years of experience in the global lottery industry to his new role. He joined NeoGames in 2021 as the EVP of Global Business and Customer Development for the iLottery business.
