NeoGames, now integrated with Aristocrat Interactive, has announced a multi-year agreement with the New Hampshire Lottery Commission (NHLC). This seven-year contract, commencing on July 1, 2025, positions NeoGames as the exclusive provider of iLottery solutions to NHLC.
Under this agreement, NeoGames will supply a turnkey iLottery solution, which includes its player account management system, NeoSphere®, and the central gaming system, NeoDraw®, for draw-based games. Additionally, the contract covers the provision of einstant games from NeoGames Studio and engaging content from Wizard® Games.
NeoGames will also develop a new website, mobile application, and loyalty program for NHLC in collaboration with Gambyt. The comprehensive solution includes a range of services, such as marketing through NeoEngage®, which offers real-time, personalized enhancements to boost player engagement.
Since the launch of NHLC’s iLottery platform in 2018, NeoGames, through its Joint Venture NeoPollard Interactive (NPi), has provided the Lottery with its platform, games, and various services. With this new agreement, NeoGames will become the sole provider for NHLC’s iLottery program, solidifying its reputation in the iGaming industry.
NeoGames’ iLottery solutions currently dominate the U.S. market, capturing an estimated 70% of the iLottery gross wager market share. This new contract ensures that the top four per capita U.S. iLottery states—New Hampshire, Michigan, Virginia, and North Carolina—will continue using NeoGames’ platform, underscoring the company’s leadership in delivering comprehensive iLottery solutions.
Chris Shaban, Managing Director iLottery at NeoGames, said: “We are thrilled to be selected by the New Hampshire Lottery as its provider for a complete iLottery solution, helping to reinforce its reputation as one of the leading lotteries in North America. With our industry-leading technology solutions, games and services, we look forward to continuing our strong partnership and playing a key role in the growth of the lottery’s online program into the next decade.”
Charlie McIntyre, Executive Director at New Hampshire Lottery, said: “We are pleased to continue our journey with NeoGames, a proven iLottery industry leader who has been a strong ally and an important technology and strategic partner as we have grown. This new contract further establishes our goal of enhancing our digital offering to be personalized and cater to the ever-evolving iLottery marketplace and the needs of our players. This partnership also allows us to significantly boost player engagement, supporting our mission of maximizing revenue for New Hampshire public schools.”
