Factors such as workplace comfort, leadership, social responsibility, career development opportunities, and internal growth are assessed to determine the best companies to work for.
In 2024, Oddsgate made a strong impression by earning the certification and securing second place in the Best Workplaces ranking in Portugal. The company also excelled in the Information Technology (IT) sector, earning second place in that category.
