Peter & Sons Bolsters Management Team in Preparation for Expansion

As a growing player in the iGaming and casino industry, game development studio Peter & Sons has announced the addition of two high-profile professionals to its management team. This move follows a significant investment from global entertainment brand SkillOnNet.

Maor Nutkevitch, SkillOnNet’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, will join Peter & Sons as co-CEO. Nutkevitch, who will maintain his position at SkillOnNet, will play a vital role in guiding the company through the critical second phase of its development. This stage encompasses growth and expansion into essential regulated markets.

In addition, experienced business development professional Christina Mirnaia will lead the account management department. Mirnaia, who previously served as Head of Partnerships and Business Development at Barbara Bang, boasts a strong background in the online gaming industry, with key roles at Entain and Bwin Party.

Mirnaia’s primary responsibilities will include strengthening existing relationships with clients such as Yggdrasil, Relax Gaming, and Bragg Gaming. She will also pursue new engagements through Peter & Sons’ innovative RGS platform.

Collaborating with top-tier artists, mathematicians, and musicians, Peter & Sons develops some of the most inventive, creative, and engaging slots in the iGaming and casino market. Its portfolio features richly themed fantasy adventure titles like the recent Book of Books, Dragon Blox, and Legend of Musashi.

Nutkevitch expressed optimism for the future of the burgeoning studio, noting that the partnership with SkillOnNet lays a solid foundation for success.

“Peter & Sons’ partnership with SkillOnNet allows it to target many new regulated markets, such as the UK, Spain, Germany, Ontario and more,” Maor Nutkevitch said. “Having the ability to distribute the games in many regulated markets is a fantastic platform for growth which is not always available for relatively new studios. It’s really exciting to be part of a project at such a key moment in Peter & Sons’ trajectory.”

“It’s always exciting to join a fast growing project and to be part of building something special and Peter & Sons has been like a breath of fresh air for the industry,” Christina Mirnaia said. “The games are already famous for their creativity, art, and math, and that makes my job a whole lot easier. I also can’t wait to start working with the Peter & Sons team, which is amazingly dynamic, professional and creative, producing games that are already making waves in the industry.”

Yann Bautista, Peter & Sons founder and commercial director, added, “I’d officially like to welcome Maor and Christina to the team and say how thrilled we are to have you both on board. This is a major milestone in the short life of our studio as we continue our journey to becoming a major force in the content world.”
