PlayLive! Casino to Use Aspire Global’s iGaming Solutions for Pennsylvania Operations
NeoGames S.A. (Nasdaq: NGMS), a prominent technology-driven provider of comprehensive iLottery and iGaming solutions, has announced its iGaming subsidiary, Aspire Global Limited, is set to provide its full suite of iGaming products to The Cordish Companies’ PlayLive! Online Casino.
Developed and operated by Cordish Gaming Group, the global gaming division of the real estate and entertainment conglomerate, The Cordish Companies, PlayLive! is a well-established online casino in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Offering players an array of more than 100 gaming options, PlayLive! features classic slots, interactive table games, jackpot games, and more. Launched in 2020, PlayLive! introduced Pennsylvania players to the integrated Live! Casino experience, which transitions seamlessly from the online platform to the casino floor.
Under this new agreement, NeoGames’ Player Account Management (PAM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Aggregation, and Data Analytics suite will be at the helm of iGaming operations in Pennsylvania, starting in 2024. This move will solidify the online operator’s position in the iGaming industry, as it capitalizes on the already live and proven industry-leading PAM system, known for its customer-centric approach across operations, channels, and game genres.
Additionally, the deal involves the inclusion of Aspire Global’s robust CRM system, AspireEngage. With its data-driven approach to superior bonus management, personalized messaging, and user segmentation, AspireEngage is anticipated to enhance player journey and bolster customer satisfaction.
The iGaming offering of PlayLive! is set to receive further enhancement through the integration with Pariplay’s Fusion™ aggregation platform. This platform, featuring an array of titles from the industry’s top game developers, along with a suite of back-office conversion and retention tools, is poised to augment player value.
