Poppleston Allen Strengthens Gambling Team with Commercial Law Expert

Poppleston Allen, a leading licensing law firm, has expanded its Gambling Team with the appointment of Tom Grant as a consultant solicitor. Grant, a specialist in commercial law, brings over two decades of experience in the betting and gaming sector, further enhancing the firm’s capabilities in advising on critical commercial agreements.

Throughout his career, Grant has worked with prominent industry operators and suppliers, including Buzz Bingo, Cowells-Arrow, FSB, and GAN, as well as numerous emerging businesses within the iGaming sector. In his new role, he will support Poppleston Allen’s Gambling Team by drafting, negotiating, and advising on a broad range of commercial contracts. These include sponsorship agreements, game development contracts, sports data rights licences, content licensing deals, platform agreements, affiliate terms, white-label agreements, and customer terms and conditions.
