On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Realistic Games, a distinguished developer of casino content, is acknowledging the crucial role women play in its success, highlighted by the promotion of Alice Timson to Commercial Director.

Timson steps into her new role after significantly contributing to the company’s achievements. In 2023, her efforts were recognized with the Young Leader of the Year award at the Women in Gaming Diversity Awards, following her leadership of an all-female Account Management Team. This team has been central to Realistic Games’ transformation and its commercial expansion.

Underlining the company’s commitment to diversity, the Commercial and Marketing team at Realistic Games comprises 85% female talent, reflecting a dynamic shift in the traditionally male-dominated igaming industry. The increased content roadmap under this leadership has facilitated the company’s entry into several new regulated markets such as Romania and the Netherlands, alongside fostering numerous new operator partnerships.
